Newport is waiting for you at this delightful 5-bedroom house. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 sets of two twin beds, plus additional sleeping area in lower level. There's plenty of space for everyone. This home's full renovation was just completed in June 2024. You arrive to 3 off-street parking spaces on the brick driveway that leads to the lower level entry or the front porch 1st floor entry with a nostalgic Dutch door. The first floor front sitting room is just waiting for your arrival. The designer kitchen features an expansive island with seating, brand new stainless steel appliances, and farm table. Open to the living room with comfortable seating and wall tv with Wi-Fi and Cox cable service. Second floor has 3 bedrooms including the primary with walk in closet and private full bathroom. There is a common full bath and two additional bedrooms. The first floor offers a desk area, 2 bedrooms, and full bathroom. Down in the lower level, another sleeping area is available with full bathroom. Rear patio off the kitchen makes for easy grilling. The seating area on the patio is perfect for relaxing. Please note that due to City of Newport ordinances, we have a 30 day minimum.

Summary: Mark Horan’s VRBO was just perfect. It was the perfect location we could walk to restaurants and the cliff walk. We could Uber into town in 5 min. Could have walked but not in heals. The home was perfect for our family plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms not mention the house is impeccably clean as well as beautiful and comfortable.
